Refund & Return Policy
Return of the regulations
– The goods are defective and damaged upon arrival. You can apply for a return during the return period. MISERRA AESTHETIC will deliver the new goods to your destination, but no refund will be made by MISERRA AESTHETIC.
– If you receive the wrong item and ask for a return, please keep the item completely sealed and unused.
– When the customer has opened or removed the packaging, MISERRA AESTHETIC will not receive your return. Returned goods must be sealed and unused.
– Since the merchandise was not shipped after receiving a return request from customer service, MISERRA AESTHETIC will not receive your return request.
The return process
– Please contact customer service and provide your order number, product photo (if requested), product quantity and reason for return. Upon acceptance of your application, we will provide prepaid returns within 3 to 5 working days.
– Please return the product in its original packaging and MISERRA AESTHETIC packages to preserve the integrity of the product.
